Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing tuning services from LCDP Calibrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
Our Services
LCDP Calibrations provides custom engine and transmission calibrations for diesel vehicles. Calibrations are written for your specific year, engine, and modifications and are provided as-is with no guarantee of specific horsepower, torque, or fuel economy figures.
Off-Road & Competition Use
Certain calibrations — including emissions system delete tuning — are intended for off-road, closed-course, competition, or export use only, and may not comply with applicable emissions laws for highway use. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the use of these products on public roadways.
Ordering & Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload and complexity. Custom calibrations may require additional time. We make every effort to communicate timing clearly at the time of order.
All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
All purchases from LCDP Calibrations are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. This applies to every product and service we sell, including custom calibrations and tune files, tuning hardware and devices, and merchandise.
Why Orders Are Final
Custom calibrations are built to order for a specific vehicle, VIN, and modification list, and cannot be resold or reused. Calibration files are delivered electronically, which means they cannot be returned. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after they are placed, and we are not able to cancel a tune once work has begun.
Revisions & Support
All sales being final does not mean we leave you stranded. If your tune does not run correctly, we will make revisions to get it right — contact us and we will work with you. Revision support is included with your purchase; it is not a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Physical Items
If a physical item arrives damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement. This covers damage and shipping errors only — it is not a change-of-mind return.
Chargebacks
By placing an order you agree that all sales are final. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered product or completed calibration is a breach of these terms. We will contest any such dispute with our order records, including the tuning file delivery, VIN, and order communications.
Limitation of Liability
Modifying your vehicle's engine control systems can affect vehicle reliability, warranty coverage, and emissions compliance. LCDP Calibrations is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of our products or services, including loss of manufacturer warranty. You assume all responsibility for the operation of your vehicle.
Intellectual Property
All calibration files, website content, logos, and materials are the property of LCDP Calibrations and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
